Just The Cut | Custom Splitboard Service [By Mail]

Please read carefully before purchasing this service option. This is not a tangible product. What you are purchasing is a professional service performed by Boardworks Tech Shop. 

This service is for cutting your snowboard ONLY. All hardware installation must be previously purchased and done yourself at home if you choose this service. Our "Just The Cut" service includes the following: 1)  Splitting Your Board: All our cuts are done on a high-grade table saw using the thinnest kerf(width) blades available. We do our cuts in-house to ensure a speedy turnaround and cost effective cut. 2) We seal the inside edge of your board with our own proprietary blend of ultra flexible / water tight sealant.  Please call us if you need help understanding what information we are looking for. Next: Complete payment and return shipping information. **Very Important** The shipping address you list at checkout is the address we will be using for the return shipping of your new custom splitboard.

By purchasing this service, you are hereby agreeing to the following terms and policies of Boardworks Tech Shop: Boardworks is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred when shipping your board to our store. We are not responsible if your board is lost or damaged during the transportation on either shipping routes to or from our store. The finished splitboard will be shipped standard ground via FedEx and insured for a maximum of $100, unless otherwise requested and paid. We will send you a shipping notification email with a tracking number included. After your splitboard leaves our premises, Boardworks IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for your item(s).
