Introducing the first resort splitboard, the Nitro Team Splitboard, designed for riders looking for a versatile splitboard that they can use on and off the marked trails, in and out of bounds. The concept is simple a splitboard that rides like a regular snowboard so it can be enjoyed as a daily driver with the possibility to reach those distant peaks with speed and ease.
The new Nitro Team splitboard allows anyone to enjoy regular chair lift days at the resort on a comfortable and versatile snowboard, but with the added benefit of being able to tour out beyond the marked trails to reach those distant peaks if desired. Team Splitboard riders also can just skip the resort on a busy weekend and go for a backcountry tour in search of fresh runs and new views. The Team Splits Dual Degressive Sidecut, Directional Twin Shape, and Progressive Widths make this board feel like your regular resort cruiser. Meanwhile, the Trüe camber and Standard Core profile give you the hiking kick and riding support needed for touring up and riding down. Fully equipped with Nitro´s durable Tail and Tip Locks, Forged T7075 Aluminum Hooks, and Nitro x Kohla Attachment System to allow you to transition into splitboarding hike mode whenever you feel like it. You just have to remember to have your backcountry gear and custom precut Nitro x Kohla Peak skins in your backpack. Before, people would have to choose between getting a new splitboard or regular snowboard or must choose one or the other. Now you do not have to invest in both or choose between a splitboard or a resort snowboard set-up – you can finally get an all-mountain versatile board that does it all - The New Nitro Team Split!

The amount of snap and support you get from a cambered board is unrivaled by any other camber design. Our True Camber varies between board models because each board is specifically designed for a certain terrain type of type of riding. For example, the True camber in our Pantera has a larger height for maximum response, while the True Camber in our freestyle boards are lower to provide you with a more freestyle friendly flex, without losing the support and trust you need for stomping landings. Our partnership with ClimatePartner allows us to strive to find more efficient ways to improve and reduce our carbon footprint every step of our products lifecycle, and allows us to offset our current carbon footprint to make our snowboards 100% Carbon Neutral by investing into climate change projects and solutions. The wood used in every snowboard is what makes a snowboard a snowboard, the organic flex is something unique and special. We feel it is important that we and everyone else respects the forests and the wood that is being used for the future of snowboard development, but more importantly the future of the planet and our forests. We are proud to officially announce that all of our boards are made with wood cores harvested 100% from well-managed forests and we are therefore entitled to use the official FSC label on all of our snowboards.
